Stationery supplies (and/or)  Air ticketing services for the year 2015
The SDF, having its Secretariat at Thimphu, Bhutan, was established by the Heads of the Governments of eight SAARC Member States in April 2010.
The SDF invites sealed bids from interested registered firms for the following supplies and services for the next 12 (twelve months) commencing from the day the agreement is signed with the successful bidder(s):
1. Supply of office stationery (List of stationery attched as downloadeable file)
2. Air travel and Ticketing Services by Agents processing valid IATA membership.
The interested licensed bidders for one of the two above, or both are requested to submit their bids/proposals by the close of business (before 1600 hours) on December 27, 2014 to the Assistant Director, Administration & Finance.
