The SAARC Development Fund Phase is to install one of the Video Conferencing facility at Head Office at Thimpu, Bhutan for meetings and online conferences with its stakeholders based across 8 member states with currently no facility installed at their premises.
The video conferencing should enable to meet with colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders, regardless of locations (Web-Based solution). The system must be capable for meeting easily from the LED setup, desktop or mobile device.
Enable anyone—inside or outside your organization—to join your virtual meeting room with freely distributed Desktop and Mobile Applications. Using any device, from any location, moderate or participate in a meeting, share content, discuss, and make decisions.
3.1 LED 52 inch Full HD display (02 nos for all supporting equipment as well)
3.2 1080p Video Conferencing camera and codec
3.3 Switching System with single power, dual network port, single VGA, single Audio and single video
3.4 Built in speakers/ amplifier
3.5 Cabling of the provincial office to category 6 will be required
3.6 The service provider will be required to provide an end-to-end video conferencing solution that will integrate with the regional facilities
3.7 All equipment’s related to the facility should be part of an integrated solution including monitors, microphones etc.
3.8 The solution should be capable for scalability for future upgrade
