Request for Bids

Due to nationwide lockdown imposed by the Royal Government of Bhutan, the final date of submission of proposal has been extended till January 8, 2021

SAARC Development Fund (SDF) Secretariat, having its Secretariat at Thimphu, Bhutan, invites proposals from the interested firms/companies for the following supplies for one year commencing from the day the agreement is signed with the successful bidder(s).

1. Supply of Office Stationeries
2. Supply of Pantry Items
3. Air Travel & Ticketing Services by travel agents possessing valid IATA membership

The interested licensed bidders for supply of above goods/ services are requested to submit their bids/proposals by the close of business (before 1600 hours) on December 25, 2020 to the Assistant Director, Administration & Finance in person or through email at admin@sdfsec.org. The list of items in Sl. No. 1 & 2 may be downloaded from SDF website www.sdfsec.org.
